Our General Undertaking is to despatch all orders received through our website, within a 3 working-day period once the order has been received and payment/credit information has been verified.
Once an order has been received, an automated email Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided, confirming all aspects of the order.
Orders over €350 are carriage-paid. If carriage is payable you will be contacted in advance.
In the majority of cases, orders received for general stock items will be despatched within 2-3 working days. In the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland, these orders will generally be delivered via DPD or JMC.
In the event of any unforeseen delays to the order, the user shall be notified of the delay by email. (Please note that many of our products will have a 2 day despatch lead time.)
When a product has been selected that is not immediately available ex-stock we will generally send all goods taht are in stock and hold the balance for back-order.

The lead-times that are displayed are approximations based on the most reasonable assessment of our stock levels at the time of your order. Even though we keep our information as accurate as possible, there may be occasions when an items’ stock level may not be adequate to support your order quantity. In this event, you shall be notified of any delay to your order by email or phone as soon as possible.
Orders can also be collected from our premises in Greystones, Co. Wicklow once the customer has been notified that the goods are ready to collect. Collection times are Monday – Friday between 8.45am and 4.30pm.
