Our General Undertaking is to despatch all orders received through our website, within a 10 working-day period once the order has been received and payment information supplied has been verified.

Once an order has been received, an automated email Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided, confirming all aspects of the order. A second email will be sent by a member of our team once the order has been despatched.

Delivery Charges - Ireland

For all orders that have been selected for delivery to the client, the website will calculate the delivery charges automatically in the shopping cart. Any orders greater than €50 qualify for free delivery within Ireland. Otherwise a shipping charge of €7.95 plus VAT applies. If you wish to collect your order then please contact the office on (01) 2760800 in advance of completing the on-line order.

Delivery Charges – UK (incl. Northern Ireland)

The minimum carriage paid order to the UK (incl. Northern Ireland) is £150. Otherwise a carriage charge of £25 plus VAT applies.

Orders for items Ex-Stock

In the majority of cases, orders received for general stock items will be despatched within 2-3 working days. In the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland, these orders will generally be delivered via An Post nationwide parcel service or another nominated delivery service of our choice.

In the event of any unforeseen delays to the order, the user shall be notified of the delay by email. (Please note that many of our products will have a 2 day despatch lead time.)

Orders for items not held Ex-Stock

When a product has been selected that is not immediately available ex-stock, the website will notify you of each product and the average expected despatch time. Despatch times do not usually exceed 10 working days. The total expected despatch time will be advised to you on the website.

In the event of any unforeseen delays to the order, the client shall be notified of the delay by email.

Stock Availability

The lead-times that are displayed are approximations based on the most reasonable assessment of our stock levels at the time of your order. Even though we keep our information as accurate as possible, there may be occasions when an items' stock level may not be adequate to support your order quantity. In this event, you shall be notified of any delay to your order by email or phone as soon as possible, and if you are not satisfied with a new expected despatch date, an offer of a full refund will be made to you. If this offer is accepted, the refund will be made to your payment card.

Delivery Times

When your order has been despatched, we will advise you by email of the despatch date. At this time the responsibility of the safe delivery of your order falls to our nominated delivery company. Due to unforeseen circumstances, for example weather conditions etc, the expected delivery time of your order may be extended. Any time or date for despatch/delivery stated by Curust Industries Ltd is an estimate only and we shall not accept liability for any loss or damage or any consequential loss arising either directly or indirectly from delays in delivery howsoever caused.


Orders can also be collected from our premises in Bray, Co. Wicklow once the customer has been notified that the goods are ready to collect. Collection times are Monday - Friday between 8.45am and 4.30pm.
